Logging Into Your Account

If you're having trouble logging in to your account, it could be because you signed up using Twitter, Facebook, or Google+. If that's the case, click the social media platform when you log in to myfreelogomaker.com instead of entering an email address.

If you used an email to sign up for an account on our site, see below for information on resetting your password. 

Resetting a forgotten password

If you can't remember your password, here are a few steps to help you regain access to your account:

  1. Click Log in in the top right corner of the page
  2. Click Forgot password on login menu
  3. Enter your email address and click Submit
  4. An email will be sent to the account with a reset password link
  5. Click the reset link in the email, and it will take you back to myfreelogomaker.com
  6. Enter your new password and click Reset Password
  7. Once it goes through, click the link underneath that says Go back and login
  8. Log in again with your email address and new password

If the temporary password from the reset email doesn't work, email us at support@myfreelogomaker.com with the email address associated with your account.

Updating your password

To change your password after receiving your temporary password from our Support team, or to change it to something new, follow the steps below:

  1. Click the three lines in the top right-hand corner of your screen, then click Account at the bottom of the menu
  2. Enter the temporary password you received in your email (or from support) and change it to a new one
  3. Confirm the new password and click Update to update your new password

Updating your email address 

To change the email address associated with your account:

  1. Log in to your account with your original email
  2. Click on the three lines in the top right-hand corner of your screen
  3. Click Account in the bottom left in the menu that pops up
  4. At the top of the page, click Update to the right of your current email address
  5. Enter in your updated email information, then click Update
